As a registered counsellor I emphasise on  creating a safe, empathetic environment where confidentiality is paramount. I aim to foster emotional resilience and mental clarity, helping clients reflect on their thoughts and emotions to build sustainable, positive change. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, training, mentoring, recruitment, and consulting across private, government, family and community services organisation, I bring a wealth of knowledge to counselling that enriches my ability to support individuals from all backgrounds in both personal and professional growth. My own journey has shown me the value of these strategies, as I have relied on them during times of uncertainty, making me deeply committed to helping others achieve resilience and well-being.
